With 15+ years of experience in varied roles across the food & hospitality sector, Dec knows what it takes for a restaurant, menu or food project to succeed. Dec’s experience includes virtual brands/ ghost kitchens, operations, procurement, sales and kitchen training & efficiency.
Dec was responsible for creating and executing some of the most commercially successful virtual brands on the platform, along with franchising those brands globally, from start-ups to worldwide food businesses.
Dec is also a regular moderator and panelist at food conferences around the globe.
LEAD Chef & HEAD OF LAUNCH
From fine dining to QSR, Dino has worked in a wide range of restaurants and alongside high profile chefs over the past 15 years. Most recently, Dino has been using this extensive skill set in the food delivery space and has launched several global delivery brands.
The master of a kitchen set up, and the perfect chef to get any kitchen back on its feet.
HEAD OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Alfie is a Michelin trained chef, that has a vast experience in all cuisines.
He was part of the Waitrose& b_together cookery schools alongside private members clubs in London.
Alfie's knowledge of kitchen operation, training, teaching, recipe creation and sustainability makes him a key tool in any new or growing food business.
Kevin is a classically trained chef, personal trainer & nutritional advisor with over 20 years' experience working in hotels, restaurants and as a development chef.
His knowledge of food and nutrition gives our clients an extra persepctive that not every chef can provide.
